Applications are accepted year round. Admission depends upon evaluation and space availability. Campus and classroom tours are available year round, by appointment, to accommodate mid-year transfers.

K – 8 Admission Coffees and Tours:

Admission Coffees are scheduled each Tuesday between November 8 and February 7 (excluding December 20 and 27) at 9 A.M. Coffees last approximately two hours and are for PARENTS ONLY.  Call 925.933.5225 to reserve your space or to request admission materials.

Throughout the year, individual tours are available by appointment.

Evaluations for students entering grades 1-8 are arranged by individual reservation. Call 925.933.5225 Ext. 110 to schedule a grade 1-5 evaluation and Ext. 109 to schedule a 6-8 evaluation.

Meet the faculty, view students’ work, and tour the campus.  No reservations needed. Bring family and friends.  Current and future families welcome.
